Your First Visit

Please bring with you the most recent radiographs, CT, and MRI of the affected body part. Any films taken within the last six months is considered recent. If you had a previous surgery by another surgeon, please bring with you the operative report along with the progress notes and also the intra-operative arthroscopic pictures with you to the appointment. Having all of the documents and imaging is essential for our office to provide you with comprehensive care. If you do not have any recent radiographs, then you will need to have them taken before the appointment. This can be done at both of our facilities, Ryan Center for Sports Medicine and the Shapiro Ambulatory Center at the Boston Medical Center. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to have the radiographs taken.
